The soothing heat of an infrared sauna will relax your body, releasing stress, pain and accumulated toxins. Through a gentle sweating process the infrared sauna creates an atmosphere of comfort at significantly lower temperatures than a conventional sauna.
Sauna experiences are not meant as a stand alone treatment. Another service must be booked with the sauna.
