Yoga Therapy
with Myofascial Release

Sound Healing

Beneficial for individuals with:

A one hour session includes:

  • 5 minutes of guided relaxation to reduce stress and promote body awareness

  • Myofascial release utilizing balls, foam strips and hands-on traction to assist in removing fascial restrictions, thereby, eliminating pain and stiffness and restoring ease of movement and good posture

  • Modified yoga postures designed to strengthen joints, muscles and ligaments and to increase flexibility and further open the body

Handouts are provided, allowing you to take responsibility for your well-being by performing the exercises at home!
