Neck and Headache Therapy
A light touch method of releasing tensions deep in the neck that will affect the entire body. Some practitioners believe that if the Cervical Vertebrae C1 and C2 are free of soft tissue pulling and are in alignment, the rest of the skeletal system will follow. During this soft tissue movement, the Brain Stem along with the Cranial Nerves and Central Nervous System are being treated at the same time, which may help the following body issues and more. Effective for relieving tension, stress headaches, migraines, TMJD, ear and head pressure.

Reiki
The word Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese kanji for universal life-
force energy. Reiki is a Japanese holistic, light-touch, energy-based
modality. Working as a support mechanism to the body, Reiki re-establishes a
normal energy flow of ki (life force energy) throughout the system, which in
turn can enhance and accelerate the body's innate healing ability. Through a
series of hand positions either directly on or just above the body, the
energy worker allows for the flow of energy through their body. A reiki
session at the end of a massage is a wonderful way to refresh and balance
energy.

Energy Massage
An innovative new therapy that combines massage with the healing energy of Reiki to restore overall health by connecting body, mind and spirit. Blocked emotions or negativity can become embedded in muscle tissues, resulting in muscle soreness, tension, and fatigue. Energy massage releases muscle tightness and emotional blockages with intuitive healing and therapeutic massage techniques.

Zen Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu is a form of bodywork administered by thumbs, fingers, palms and elbows. Pressure is applied to all parts of the body along specific pathways (meridians). This technique stimulates the natural healing powers of the body, symptoms of disease lessen and vitality is regained.
Zen Shiatsu is ideally performed while the recipient lies on a futon on the floor, allowing the practitioner access from all sides while applying pressure using body weight. The shiatsu recipient should be dressed comfortably with light clothing. No massage oils or lotions are used.
